The free plan gives you 2 credits every 2 months: that's 2 page conversions from a URL or Elementor site, or 1 HTML, image, Wix, Squarespace or Lovable page. You can try the converter and export Elementor JSON before choosing a paid option.
Subscriptions include 20, 40, or 80 credits per month, depending on the plan. Credits are shared across all Web2Elementor tools and the Chrome extension.
Yes. Sign in, open your account menu and click Manage subscription: Stripe's secure portal lets you cancel, change plan, update your card and download invoices. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period and you won't be charged again.

If you use all your subscription credits, you can wait for the next monthly reset, buy a pay-as-you-go pack, or upgrade to a larger plan. You can still access and export previously saved designs.
Subscription credits reset each billing period and do not roll over. Pay-as-you-go pack credits are different: they are added to your account balance and do not expire.
Pay-as-you-go packs are one-time purchases of 5, 15, or 25 credits. They do not require a subscription, they do not expire, and they work across the same conversion tools.
