WEB DESIGN UNLIMITED LLC ("we", "us", "our"), 325 Don Gaspar Ave, Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA, operates Web2Elementor at web2elementor.com, its web application and its Chrome extension (together, "the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service does
Web2Elementor converts web pages, HTML code and images into page templates for the Elementor page builder for WordPress (JSON files). Conversions are generated automatically and may not match the original exactly. Some elements are not converted, including working forms, blog posts, online stores, bookings and member areas. For some platforms (for example, Wix Classic and Squarespace 7.1) we can convert several pages of a site at once, up to 15 pages per site. Web2Elementor is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Wix.com, Squarespace, Elementor or WordPress. Their names are trademarks of their respective owners.
2. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@web2elementor.com if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
3. Credits, prices and payments
Conversions use credits. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) on our Pricing page before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Charges appear on your statement as WEB2ELEMENTOR.
- Credits bought in one-time packs do not expire.
- Credits are shared across all Web2Elementor tools, including the Chrome extension.
- For whole-site conversions, you see the total number of credits before you confirm. Credits for pages that fail to convert are returned to your balance automatically.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account.
4. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. We will tell you in advance, by email, of any price change to your subscription.
Manage your subscription: sign in, open your account menu and click Manage subscription. It opens Stripe's secure customer portal, where you can cancel, change your plan, update your payment method and download your invoices.
When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again. If you cannot access your account, email support@web2elementor.com and we will cancel it for you.
5. Refunds
Payments for credits and subscriptions are non-refundable, because credits are available to use immediately. Credits for pages that fail to convert are returned to your balance automatically. Duplicate charges and charges caused by a technical error on our side are always refunded. Any other refund is at our sole discretion.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@web2elementor.com before opening a dispute with your bank. We usually answer within 2 business days.
6. Your content and your responsibility
You may only convert pages, code, images and other content that you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for the content you submit and for how you use the output, including any text, images, logos or designs it contains.
Images in the output are linked to their original location; we do not copy or host them. If you are moving your own site, download your images and upload them to your WordPress media library before you close your old account. Images supplied by another platform (for example, template images or stock media licensed through that platform) may be licensed for use only on that platform; it is your responsibility to replace them.
Do not use the Service to copy websites that belong to someone else, to infringe anyone's copyright or trademarks, or to create misleading or fraudulent sites.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: overload, attack or try to break the Service; resell or give access to the Service without our written permission; use the Service in any illegal way; or use automated means to access it beyond the normal use of our website, application and extension.
8. Copyright complaints
If you believe content processed through the Service infringes your copyright, write to support@web2elementor.com with: your contact details, a description of the work, the URL involved, and a statement that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. We will review every complaint and may suspend accounts that repeatedly infringe.
9. Our property
The Service, its software, design and brand belong to WEB DESIGN UNLIMITED LLC. The Elementor templates you generate are yours to use, subject to section 6.
10. Suspension and termination
You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, after notice where reasonable. If we close your account without cause, we will refund your unused, paid credits.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that every conversion will be complete, accurate or free of errors, or that the Service will be uninterrupted. Review every template before publishing it.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email. If you keep using the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the new Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
