Submitted Content

Website URLs, HTML code and images you submit are processed to generate Elementor output. To do this we load the page in a browser service and may send content to AI providers. We keep the URLs you submit and a record of each conversion (date, result, credits used) while your account is active, to provide the Service, prevent abuse and support you. Page captures used during conversion are stored for up to 14 days and then deleted. We keep your 5 most recent saved designs.

Usage Data

We automatically collect data about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, conversion counts, and timestamps.

Technical Data

We collect your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, and device information for security and performance purposes.

Payment Data

Payment information for paid plans is processed by our payment provider. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.

Email Communications

We send transactional emails (for example, account and purchase confirmations, conversion results and feedback requests) and, if you have not opted out, product updates and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• To process your submitted content and return converted Elementor output.
• To manage your account and authentication.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To send transactional emails (account activity, plan changes).
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or abuse.
• To improve and develop new features based on aggregate usage patterns.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted third-party providers who assist in operating the Service, including:

• Clerk – Authentication and user management.
• Cloudflare – Hosting, CDN, application infrastructure and temporary storage of page captures.
• Stripe – Payment processing. Stripe processes your payment details under its own privacy policy; we never receive your full card number.
• Browserless – Loading the web pages you submit so they can be converted.
• Google (Gemini) and other AI providers – Content analysis for conversions.
• Google Analytics – Website usage statistics.
• Google Ads – Advertising and conversion measurement.
• Sequenzy – Sending transactional and marketing emails.
• Resend – Delivering messages sent through our contact form.
• Senja – Displaying customer reviews on our website.
• YouTube – Embedded videos.

All third-party providers are contractually required to protect your data and may only use it to perform services on our behalf.

5. Data Retention

We keep your account data, the URLs you submit and the record of each conversion while your account is active. Page captures used during conversion are deleted after 14 days. Server event logs are deleted after 30 days, and payment-related logs after one year. We keep your 5 most recent saved designs. You can ask us to delete your account and personal information at any time by emailing support@web2elementor.com.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You can:

• access the personal information we hold about you,
• correct inaccurate information,
• ask us to delete your account and personal information,
• stop marketing emails at any time with the unsubscribe link in any of them.

If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request its deletion, to correct it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
